Springer PTA Board & Committee Leadership

In addition to board leadership, we’re looking to gather 2023-24 committees to plan and execute things like Walkathon, Live Auction (last year’s Gatsby Gala), Multicultural Festival, Bingo Nights, Yearbook, Lunchtime Programs, Springer Gives Back, Green Team, Junior Olympics, Staff Appreciation, and more!

2023-2024 PTA Leadership Opportunities

We ARE ALL PTA!  Parents & Teachers alike.  In order to accomplish our mission next year, Springer PTA is looking to fill Board positions of VP of Community and Historian with a volunteer leader or leaders - you’re welcome to share a job with a friend. Reach out to parliamentarian@springerpta.org or president@springerpta.org if you’re interested in learning more. No commitment with first conversation!

  • VP of Community will support (not lead) the committees tied to volunteering on campus such as Room Parents, FUNvisors, Book Fair, Staff Appreciation, JO, Field Day, Library, etc in addition to being a point person for Springer staff when a random volunteer task comes up. 

  • Historian will report volunteer hours (collected automatically by Classroom Parent), manage annual Volunteer Recognition, support the student yearbook committee, and create an annual report of impact to our community.

  • Walkathon committee members will help organize the most fun day of the year! We need folks to lead the prizes booth (incentives), Pocket People, Card Punchers, Decorations, and more! We’ve got a job for you if you have a bit of time to give!

  • Auction committee members will help solicit auction items, organize auction listings, decorate for the fun party, and more! We need lots of help in all ways to make the big auction and gala happen!
