Community Parties Examples

  • EXPERIENCES

Organize a hike, tour of Animal Assisted Happiness, your local fire station, or your office! For the adults, host a wine/beer/whiskey/mocktail/chocolate/cheese tasting, a poker tournament, or a hike to see asteroids/wildflowers!

  • HOW TO

Share a skill like basic bike repair for our older “ride to school” kids, cooking your cultural foods, making a craft, or playing a game! Some ideas: Bunco Night, Cookie Decorating, Baking 101, Indian Food for Beginners, Cocktails & Crocheting, Brewing Beer, Mixology, Watercolors, etc.

  • FRIENDLY COMPETITION

Some dads have been known to be competitive (moms too) - arrange an outing at TopGolf or host a chili cook off or have parents all bring a dish/drink and rate them to determine a winner! For the kids, a Mario Kart tournament, Capture the Flag, Nerf Battle, etc. You can reserve the Springer Multi or use the fields depending on schedule.

  • FOR THE LADIES

Host a group of moms for a movie night, gift exchange, play a game, yoga class, hike to a winery, run/walk in the hills, personal shopping experience, or whatever you would love! For the little ladies, a tea party, pedicure party, dress up date, art party, etc.

  • FAMILY FUN

Arrange the ice cream truck to come to the party for a playdate, pizza in the park, backyard movie night (or in the Multi), tailgate at a Stanford football game (no game ticket included), water play, kids vs parents wiffle ball game, pool party, and more!

  • FOR THE DUDES

Book a game truck, host a poker night, beer /whiskey tasting, golf outing, Top Golf even! Dad’s love competition right? Maybe a yard games or darts tournament. The young dudes love to play sports at Springer and eat pizza and ice cream. Keep it simple!
